STEP 2
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

Which membership is right for you? A variety of all classes, yoga only, or a specific combination? We'll help you decide. All of our memberships include unlimited classes, so you can try something new or stick to the classes that work for you.

STEP 3
INTRO CLASS

After choosing a membership, your journey starts with the Saturday intro class. We'll cover proper form, answer questions, and schedule optional measurements. Not required for yoga only students. Please EMAIL to set up an Intro session.

STEP 4
GET MOVING

This is the fun part! Start your classes and build a routine, consistency = results. Along the way we'll assess and track your progress so you can see how far you've come. Check off and accomplish goals and then strive for new ones.
