THAI YOGA BODYWORK

This is one of the best stretches you'll ever receive with minimal effort from you! Thai Yoga Bodywork is typically done on a mat on the floor while remaining fully clothed. These sessions are relaxing and therapeutic, incorporating assisted stretches, positional release therapy (PRT), muscle energy technique (MET), soft tissue manipulation, and joint mobilization. Thai Yoga Bodywork begins to stretch and open the body while allowing you to fully relax. Flexibility is not required and this type of work can safely be done on all body types. Traditional Thai practitioners believe that this type of bodywork begins to awaken the Sen, or energy, lines of the body, therefore you may feel lighter and rejuvenated after just one session.  

Sessions can be booked in 60, 90 or 120 minute increments. Pricing varies per length of session and can be purchased separately or in a package. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for the initial consultation or check-in between sessions (no charge). You'll want to wear loose, comfortable clothing (minus socks and shoes) and avoid a heavy meal prior to your appointment. This is the time to relax, enjoy and get your full body tune up!
